SI 5.3 has been added to read "Flag F over a class flag with one sound means ‘Boats in the affected group are requested to leave the dock within 5 minutes. The warning signal will not be made before the scheduled time or less than 5 minutes after flag F is displayed.'"
The intended launch times per class on Saturday are 0800 - 0830 for Snipe, and 0900 - 0945 for all other classes. Intended launch times on Sunday are 0745 - 0815 and 0815 - 0845, respectively.
SI 7 has been amended to start Snipes separately from all other boats.
